Sunset Dhow Cruise
The cruise leaves the Stone Town waterfront in the late afternoon and stays out long enough for the call to prayer, the lights on the seafront, and the sun going down behind the channel. It is a wooden dhow with a crew who know this short piece of water. Drinks are soft unless you ask otherwise. There is no snorkelling and no sandbank — this is a sitting, watching, talking trip. It pairs well with a Stone Town walk earlier in the day, or with dinner at Forodhani afterwards.

Questions
Can we swim?
No. The boat does not stop for swimming.
Is it private?
It can be. The figure shown is per person on a shared cruise. A private boat is quoted for your group.
What if it rains?
A light shower is part of a tropical evening. If the wind is up we move or cancel, and we tell you before you leave the hotel.
