Spice Farm Tour
Zanzibar’s fame for spices is agricultural, not decorative. This visit is a working farm in the interior, usually around Kizimbani or a neighbouring village. You walk under clove trees, crush cinnamon bark, see vanilla orchids, nutmeg, cardamom, pepper, lemongrass, and the fruits guides like to surprise people with — lipstick fruit among them. You taste as you go. It is shaded, but the path can be uneven and sometimes muddy after rain. A Swahili lunch can be added in the village if you want the day to run longer.
Guide price: from USD 40 per person. Replace this number when you edit the trip.

No. You may buy cloves or vanilla. You do not have to.
